FH25 Kiittää ja kuittaa!

Hei ihanat finanssilaiset ja muut lukijat! Ihan alkuun ihanaa joulua ja onnellista uutta vuotta kaikille! Vuosi 2025 on pian tulossa päätökseensä, ja se tarkoittaa myös, että vuoden vaihteen jälkeen vallassa on uusi hallitus. Tässä vielä kaikkien FH25-jäsenten terveiset kuluneesta vuodesta:
Roosa – Puheenjohtaja
Nyt on saatu purkkiin jälleen yksi vauhdikas vuosi Finanssin hallituksessa! Ihania ihmisiä, paljon ikimuistoisia kokemuksia ja tärkeitä oppeja, jotka kantavat varmasti läpi elämän <3 Tänä vuonna olemme mm. saaneet lisättyä tapahtumien poikkitieteellisyyttä, minkä lisäksi lanseerasimme myös täysin uudet nettisivut! Olen myös erittäin iloinen siitä, että olemme saaneet tiivistettyä yhteistyötä sidosryhmiemme, kuten Oulun yliopiston kauppakorkeakoulun tiedekunnan ja Oulun Ekonomien kanssa. Myös Kylteripuheenjohtajien verkostossa olemme tuoneet opiskelijoiden ääntä kuuluviin Suomen Ekonomien liittokokouksissa aktiivisesti muun muassa useamman ponsiesityksen muodossa.

Joulun top 3: uudet perinteet, jouluradio ja tortut
Noora – Varapuheenjohtaja
Vuosi täysin uudenlaisessa pestissä varapuheenjohtajana on sujunut hyvin ja aika on hurahtanut kuin siivillä. Kehityskohteita pestin kehittämiseksikin on löytynyt ja seuraajallani on hyvä pohja kasassa mistä jatkaa. Vuosi on ollut kaikinpuolin varmasti yksi elämäni kiireisimmistä ja stressaavimmista vuosista, erityisesti syksy. Arkityön, maisterivaiheen kurssien, hallitushommien ja vapaa-ajan yhdistäminen on ollut kieltämättä välillä haastavaa, mutta niin vain on saatu tämäkin vuosi pian pakettiin ja edelleen hengissä. :D
Jo toinen peräkkäinen hallitusvuosi oli jälleen täynnä ikimuistoisia hetkiä ja mahtavia kokemuksia. Kiitos FH25 ja kiitos kaikki finanssilaiset, jotka mahdollistatte kaiken tämän. Nyt on minun aika tehdä tilaa muille ja eläköityä. Ehkä nähdään vielä silloin tällöin joissakin tapahtumissa. Ihanaa ja rauhallista joulua kaikille! <3

Mitä odotat eniten ensi vuodelta: Vihdoinkin eläkkeelle pääsyä aktiivihommista. Opintojen etenemistä, treenaamista ja paljon lepoa
Joulun top 3: Hyvä ruoka, perhe ja läheiset, sekä iso lepo
Katri – Graafinen vastaava
Grafferintamalla vuosi on sisältänyt paljon kiinnostavia ja intohimoisia projekteja, ihania hetkiä hallituksen kanssa, inspiroitumista sekä PALJON uuden oppimista. Hallitusvuosi sai minut havahtumaan sellaisten asioiden ääreen, joista on oppinut äärettömän paljon taitoja joita työelämässä tulen varmasti hyödyntämään. Näistä mainitsemisen arvoisia voisivat olla aikapaine, aikataulutus, muiden auttaminen ja omien rajojen asettaminen. Vuosi on siis kasvattanut itseä paljon ja voin sanoa että en voisi olla valmiimpi ensivuoteen!
Jään kaipaamaan tietysti huippua hallitusporukkaamme ja omaa toimikuntaa. On myös haikeaa, ettei enää pääse tapahtumissa kameran taakse ja rutiiniksi muodostunut Finanssin grafiikkojen laatiminen jää nyt taakse. Nämä asiat ovat kuitenkin olleet osa omaa päivittäistä arkea jo kokonaisen vuoden ajan. Tämä vuosi on ollut valehtelematta yksi elämäni parhaista! Ensi vuonna odotan uuden pestin tuomia uusia tuulia ja uuden hallituksen kanssa toimimista sekä keväällä alkavan kandirumban aloittamista, kohtahan sitä jo valmistuu!
Vuoden paras tapahtuma: Harkkasitsit, koska läksiäisbileinä ne toimivat paremmin kuin hyvin!
Mitä odotat eniten ensi vuodelta: Uutta hallituspestiä!
Joulun top 3: Suomeen palaaminen, joulusuklaat sekä perheen kanssa ajanvietto <3
Aada – Viestintävastaava
Vuosi viestintävastaavana on ollut aivan ihana ja on sisältänyt paljon uusien asioiden oppimista, inspiroivia projekteja, mahtavia tapahtumia ja ennen kaikkea ihania ihmisiä ja uusia ystäviä. Ihan alkuvuodesta alettiin suunnitelemaan hallituksen kanssa Finanssille uusia nettisivuja ja kevään isoimpana projektina mulla olikin nämä uudistetut nettisivut. Muuten vuosi on sisältänyt lukuisia instagram storyjä, feed-julkaisuja ja viikkotiedotteita, sekä TikTok videoita. Kaikki nämä ovat opettaneet minulle valtavasti! Ja kiitos ihanalle toimikunnalleni, jotka on ollut apuna näiden tekemisessä.
Nämä opit kannan mukanani ensi vuoteen kun pääsen Öllövellitoimihenkilönä toteuttamaan Öllövellin markkinointia ja viestintää! Mutta mitä kaikista eniten jään vaalimaan tästä vuodesta on kaikki ihanat ihmiset joihin on saanut tutustua niin omasta hallituksesta, ainejärjestöstä, poikkitieteellisesti kuin muistakin kylteriainejärjestöistä, ja kaikki hauskat, unohtumattomat tapahtumat, naurut ja kommellukset joita heidän kanssa on saanut jakaa. <3
Tätä kirjoittaessa vuoden loppuminen todella realisoituu ja haikea fiilis nousee pintaan, mutta kaikelle on aikansa ja nyt on aika uusien tuulien! Päälimmäinen tunne tästä vuodesta on kuitenkin kiitollusuus. Tämä vuosi on ehdottomasti opiskeluvuosieni paras ja unohtumattomin! Kiitos aivan ihanasta vuodesta ja ihanaa joulua kaikille! <3
Vuoden paras tapahtuma: Oman vujut, tämä oli ihana, koskettava ilta, jota muistan lämmöllä
Mitä odotat eniten ensi vuodelta: Uutta omaa arkea ja mahdollista vaihtoa!
Joulun top 3: perheen kanssa ajanvietto, jouluruoka (erityisesti riisipuuro) ja joulusauna
Inka – Tapahtumavastaava
Vuosi Tapsana on ollut yksi kiireisimmistä, hauskimmista ja opettavaisimmista. Ollaan päästy ihanan tapahtumatoimikunnan kanssa järjestämään ikimuistoisia tapahtumia ja hallituksen kanssa tekemään vaikka mitä muuta kivaa jäsenistön hyväksi. Olen päässyt myös tutustumaan mahtaviin ihmisiin Tapsaillessa, niin poikkitieteellisesti kuin oman ainejärjestömme sisällä.
Hyvin haikeasti ajattelen hallitusvuoden päättymistä. Ensivuodelle onneksi apua pahimpiin vieroitusoireisiini saankin Egonomin toimituksessa. Tapahtumissa käyntiä en tietenkään lopeta (vaikkakin varmasti hieman vähenee …), joten nähdään viimeistään sitten tammikuun sitseillä <3
Vuoden paras tapahtuma: Tää on kyllä vaikea, kun on tullut käytyä niin monessa loistavassa tapahtumassa! Mutta sanotaan vaikka nyt RataCursio, Ruka ja Naapurisitsit.
Mitä odotat eniten ensi vuodelta: Opiskelua, matkustelua ja ensimmäistä voittoa Frisbeerissä :D
Joulun top 3: Läheisten kanssa ajan viettäminen, mökkeily ja jouluruoka <3
Aino – NESU-vastaava
Vuosi alkaa olla paketissa ja samalla myös minun sitsiurakkani. Kolmen vuoden aikana olen saanut järjestää lähes 40 sitsit, ja se on tuonut hulvattomia hetkiä ja ennen kaikkea valtavan määrään ihania kohtaamisia niin Oulussa kuin ympäri Suomen. <3
Tämä vuosi on ollut kuin piste i:n päälle. Toimikunnan ja hallituksen kanssa on koettu sellaisia onnistumisia, nauruja ja yhteishenkeä, että tähän on hyvä lopettaa. Olen pyörinyt tapahtumissa vuodesta 2021 ja nyt on hyvä hetki rauhoittua hetkeksi ja saada opinnot maaliin. Kevään tapahtumissa tulen kuitenkin pyörähtämään, sillä ihan täysin en suostu eläköityä.

Mitä odotan ensi vuodelta: Lepoa ja maisteriksi valmistumisen myötä uusia tuulia
Joulun top 3: Ruoka, lepo ja lautapelit
Arttu – KV- ja maisterivastaava
Tämä vuosi on pitänyt sisällään niin paljon kaikkea mahtavaa. Olen päässyt nauttimaan monipuolisesti erilaisten tapahtumien järjestämisestä yhdessä aivan mahtavan toimikunnan kanssa. Lisäksi vuoteen kuului esimerkiksi supertuutorina olemista, edunvalvontaa ja ennen kaikkea hauskanpitoa. Ensi vuonna aktiivihommat jatkuvatkin kiltalehtemme egonomin toimituksessa, joten stay tuned!

Jami – Yrityssuhdevastaava
Morjensta!
Tammikuussa 2025 Yrkän vuosi alkoi melko kiireisesti. Uudella hallituksella oli paljon perehdytyksiä sekä iltakouluja, sekä yhteistyökumppaneille piti ilmoittaa uuden sheriffin aloittaneen toimintansa.
Tänävuonna finanssi sai uusia yhteistyökumppaneita ja isoimmat tapahtumat saivat uusia sponsoreita kiitos aktiivisen toimikunnan.
Heklilökohtaisista kiireistä huolimatta tämä vuosi on antanut todella paljon. Niin uusia ystäviä kuin ikuisia muistoja sekä paljon oppia.
Levollisin mielin voin kiittää kaikkia vuodessa mukana olleita ja toivottaa hyvää uuttavuotta ihan jokaiselle.

Jenni – Projektivastaava
Vuosi on vierähtänyt hurjalla vauhdilla loppuun ja on kyllä ollut paras opiskelijavuosi ikinä! Oon päässyt rakentamaan ja kehittämään finanssin kruunun jalokiviä, leikkimään prinsessaa ja 12 uutta parasta ystävää. On ollut ihan huikea vuosi ja en malta oottaa että saan nähdä mitä ensi vuoden hallitus on juoninut meidän pään menoksi, se on ainakin varmaa, että Finanssi on hyvissä käsissä ja kehittyy entisetään.

Lassi – Talousvastaava
Olipahan vuosi! Talousvastaavana oleminen on ollut opettavainen ja täynnä unohtumattomia hetkiä ihanien ihmisten kanssa. Vielä kuitenkin täytyy jaksaa pusertaa tilikausi loppuun, ja huhtikuussa pääsee sitten nauttimaan kaikesta vapautuneesta ajasta. Kiitos koko vuodesta koko Finanssille sekä erityisesti FH’25:lle!

Milla – Kopo
On kyllä ollut ihanan tapahtumarikas vuosi! On ollut edarivaalit ja saatiin juuri valittua uudet hallopedit seuraavaksi kahdeksi vuodeksi. Lisäksi tehtiin tänä vuonna yhdessä ihanan toimikuntani kanssa kaksi kyselyä, joihin molempiin saatiin enemmän vastauksia, kuin moneen vuoteen on saatu. Nyt innolla odotan tulevaa vuotta ja sitä, mitä se tuo tullessaan!

Joulun to 3: Rentoutuminen, palapelit ja hyvä ruoka
Reeta – Sopo
Vuosi 25 Finanssin hallituksessa on ollut enemmän kuin ikinä olisin osannut kuvitella! Sopona oon päässyt järkkäämään erilaisia tapahtumia niinkin suurista kokonaisuuksista kuin Fuksiviikot pieniin ja intensiivisiin lajikokeiluihin. Oon päässyt toteuttamaan hullumpiakin ideoita kiltatuotteiden ja pestikehityksen kanssa. Suurta apua Sopon pestiin on tietenkin tuonut meidän ihanat kerhot, jotka ovatkin toimineet ikään kuin mun jättimäisenä toimikuntana.
Vuoden loppuessa fiilis on todella haikea. Jään kaipaamaan kiltishöpinöitä, pitkiä työ- ja huvi-iltoja ja ennen kaikkea meidän hallitusta, jonka kanssa tää vuosi on koettu <3 Onneksi tässä on vielä monta vuotta Finanssivuosia jäljellä, joten tapahtumissa nähdään ;)

Hello lovely Finanssi members and other readers! First of all, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone! The year 2025 will soon be coming to an end, which also means that after the turn of the year a new board will take office. Here are the greetings from all FH25 members about the past year:
Roosa – Chair
Another amazing year on the Finanssi board! Wonderful people, lots of unforgettable experiences, and important lessons that will surely carry through the rest of my life <3 This year we managed to increase the interdisciplinarity of our events, and we also launched the brand new website! I’m also extremely happy that we’ve been able to strengthen cooperation with our partners, such as Oulu Business School and Oulun Ekonomit. In the network of Business Student Chairpersons, we’ve actively made students’ voices heard at the Union Conference of Suomen Ekonomit.
Warm thanks to FH25 and best of luck to FH26! I’m sure you have a wonderful year ahead of you!

What you’re most looking forward to next year: graduating with my bachelor’s degree and maybe also some lovely new hobbies <3
Top 3 things about Christmas: new traditions, Christmas radio, and joulutorttu
Noora – Vice Chair
A year in a completely new kind of role as the vice chair has gone well, and time has just flown by. I’ve also found areas for improvement to help develop the position further, and my successor will have a solid foundation to build on. This year has certainly been one of the busiest and most stressful of my life, especially the autumn. Combining my regular job, master’s courses, board work, and free time has definitely been challenging at times, but somehow we’ve made it through another year — and I’m still alive. :D
My second consecutive year on the board was once again full of unforgettable moments and amazing experiences. Thank you, FH25, and thank you to all finanssi members who make all of this possible. Now it’s my time to make room for others and retire. Maybe we’ll still see each other occasionally at some events. Wishing everyone a lovely and peaceful Christmas! <3

Katri – Head of Graphics
This year on the graphics front has been full of exciting and passionate projects, wonderful moments with the board, inspiration, and A LOT of new learning. My year on the board has made me reflect on many things and helped me develop countless skills that I know will be valuable in my professional life. Among these, time pressure, scheduling, helping others, and setting my own boundaries are definitely worth mentioning. This year has helped me grow so much as a person, and I can honestly say that I couldn’t be more ready for next year!
Of course, I’ll miss our amazing board team and my own committee. It also feels bittersweet not to be behind the camera at events anymore, and to leave behind the routine of creating graphics for Finanssi. These things have been a part of my daily life for a whole year. Without exaggeration, this has truly been one of the best years of my life! Next year, I’m looking forward to the fresh challenges that come with my new board position, working with the new board of FH26, and starting my bachelor’s thesis in the spring — graduation is getting close!

Aada – Head of Communications
The year as head of communications has been absolutely wonderful and has included learning so many new things, inspiring projects, amazing events, and above all, wonderful people and new friends. Right at the beginning of the year, we started planning new websites for Finanssi together with the board, and my biggest project of the spring ended up being these renewed websites. Otherwise, the year has included countless Instagram stories, feed posts and weekly newsletters, as well as TikTok videos. All of this has taught me an incredible amount! And a big thank you to my lovely committee, who have helped with creating all of these.
I’ll carry these lessons with me into next year when I get to work on Öllövelli’s marketing and communications as an Öllövelli officer! But what I will cherish most from this year are all the wonderful people I’ve gotten to know, from my own board, my student organization, across disciplines, and from other business student organizations, as well as all the fun, unforgettable events, laughter, and mishaps we’ve shared together. <3
As I write this, the end of the year really sinks in and a bittersweet feeling rises to the surface, but everything has its time, and now it’s time for new winds! The strongest feeling I have about this year, however, is gratitude. This year has definitely been the best and most unforgettable of my student years! Thank you for an absolutely wonderful year, and Merry Christmas to everyone! <3

Inka – Head of Events
This year as a Tapsa has been one of the busiest, funniest, and most educational. Together with the wonderful events committee, we’ve been able to organize unforgettable events, and with the board we’ve accomplished all kinds of other fun things for our members. I’ve also had the chance to get to know amazing people while Tapsaing, both across disciplines and within Finanssi.
I feel quite wistful about the board year coming to an end. Luckily, next year I’ll get some help for my worst withdrawal symptoms through working on the Egonomi. Of course, I’m not going to stop attending events (even though it will surely be a bit less …), so I’ll see you at the latest at the January sitsit <3

Aino – Head of NESU
The year is wrapping up, and along with it, my era of organizing sits. Over the past three years, I’ve had the chance to arrange nearly 40 sits, which has brought countless hilarious moments and, above all, a huge number of wonderful encounters both in Oulu and around Finland. <3
This year has truly been the icing on the cake. Together with the committee and the board, we’ve experienced successes, laughter, and a sense of community that makes this feel like the perfect moment to step back. I’ve been involved in events since 2021, and now it’s time to slow down a bit and finish my studies. But don’t worry, I’ll still pop by at spring events, because I refuse to fully retire just yet.
Thank you to all for these past years, this NESU-auntie salutes you and signs off.

This year has included so many amazing things. I’ve had the chance to enjoy organizing a wide variety of events together with an absolutely awesome committee. In addition, the year included things like being a super tutor, advocacy work, and above all, having fun. Next year my active roles will continue in the editorial team of our guild magazine Egonom, so stay tuned!
The best event of the year was definitely the foreign excursion.
What I’m looking forward to most next year is having more free time.

Hello there!
In January 2025, Yrkkä´s year began at quite a fast pace. The new board had numerous onboarding sessions and evening trainings, and our partners needed to be informed that a new sheriff had stepped into the role.
This year, the Finance Committee secured new partners, and our largest events gained new sponsors thanks to the active efforts of the team.
Despite personal busyness, this year has given me an incredible amount in return—new friends, lasting memories, and a great deal of learning.
With a calm mind, I want to thank everyone who has been part of this year and wish each of you a very happy New Year.

The year has flown by at an insane pace and it has truly been the best student year ever! I’ve gotten to build and develop the crown jewels of finance, play princess, and have gained 12 new best friends. It’s been an absolutely incredible year, and I can’t wait to see what the next board has been plotting for us — one thing is for sure, Finanssi is in good hands and will keep on developing even further.

Lassi – Treasurer
What a year it’s been! Serving as Treasurer has been an educational experience and full of unforgettable moments with amazing people. There’s still the final push to get the financial year wrapped up, but from April onwards I’ll finally get to enjoy all the newly freed-up time. Thank you for this year to all of Finanssi, and especially to FH’25!

It really has been a wonderfully eventful year! We had the student council elections, and we’ve just elected new board members for the next two years. In addition, together with my lovely committee, we conducted two surveys this year, both of which received more responses than we’ve seen in many years. Now I’m excitedly looking forward to the coming year and everything it has in store!

My year 25 on the Finanssi board has been more than I ever could have imagined! As Sopo (Social Policy Officer), I’ve had the chance to organize all kinds of events, from large-scale entities like Freshman Weeks to small and intensive sports trials. I’ve also been able to bring even my crazier ideas to life through guild products and role development. A huge help in the Sopo role has, of course, been our wonderful clubs, which have essentially acted as my massive committee.
As the year comes to an end, the feeling is truly bittersweet. I’ll miss the everyday guild chats, the long work-and-fun-filled evenings, and above all our board, with whom this year has been shared <3 Luckily, there are still many Finanssi years ahead, so we’ll be seeing each other at events ;)
